To maintain the highest standards of trust and transparency in the HR tech ecosystem, any company seeking verification must undergo a rigorous background check. The following criteria are mandatory and non-negotiable:
1. Minimum 500+ HR Contacts
A verified company must demonstrate a substantial network and operational scale by maintaining an active, verifiable database of at least 500 established HR contacts.
2. 1,000+ Valid Referrals
The organization must have facilitated a minimum of 1,000 legitimate and validated referrals. We heavily cross-reference referral data to eliminate any fraudulent or artificially inflated metrics.
3. 3+ Years in Business
Longevity indicates stability. The company must provide official incorporation documents proving they have been actively operating in the industry for more than three consecutive years.
4. Secure Transaction Protocols
The company’s digital infrastructure is rigorously audited to ensure all transactions are completely secure. They must utilize industry-standard encryption and adhere to strict data privacy regulations.
5. Government of India Licenses
Absolute legal compliance is paramount. The organization must hold all necessary, valid, and up-to-date licenses mandated by the Government of India for their respective sector.
6. Clear Taxation Records
The company must have a spotless taxation record. We require definitive proof of up-to-date tax filings and compliance with all statutory financial obligations.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Our verification team conducts routine audits. Any verified organization found to be violating these standards, engaging in unethical practices, or falsifying data will have their verification immediately revoked and will face a permanent ban from the RAC Portal.
